In addition to possessing an extreme level of organization, I also excel at setting up war rooms for fostering creative thought and installing the proper mechanisms to surface and capture ideas. The goal is to extract the best ideas and make them actionable with clear next steps. Other key skills include meeting facilitation, mitigation strategies, escalations (up and down stream), and the ability to set clear expectations. The best example of my organization skills is the primary work folder I maintain by client -> by project -> by track -> by date with the same version control methodology since university.
