Below is an example of a high-level staff plan that is an output of a far more granular estimation of individual stories. I like this format because it is much easier for creatives to understand (even though it is still made in Excel). I take a very pro-active approach to estimation, creating a base line for track leads to react to, then vetting thoroughly through every level of the team.
